as iES), with headquarter in Jinan City, a beautiful
city full of springs and the capital of Shandong
Province, the People's Republic of China, is an
important computer and information system integration
enterprise in the national "Torch Plan" industry
base--"Qilu Software Park," and is one of the key
enterprises of the national software development
bases (i.e., Jinan Base) with a Class I rating awarded
by the Ministry of Information Industry. And in
2001, a postdoctoral substation was set up in iES
by Jinan Hi-tech Development Region.

information system integration, etc. and it now
